1. Join our regularly scheduled classes. Programming for teen athletes will be tailored for strength, speed and agility. Athletes will leave the summer stronger and ready to start fall sports on the right foot. Membership is $99 a month or prepay for June, July & August for only $225.
2. Get your teammates together for a sport specific training session at a day and time that works for you. This 6 week session starts May 30th- July 8th with options of 2 or 3 sessions per week (total of 10 or 15 sessions). Membership for 2 times per week is $75 (10 sessions) and 3 times per week is $100 (15 sessions). A minimum of 5 athletes is required for a team session.
