E90sec x 24

1. Tire Flips

2. Log Squats

3. sled pushes (50 out & 50 Back) 90/60

4. Battle Ropes
***score is number of tire flips Log squats and sled pushes per round. DO NOT SCORE the BATTLE ROPES.

**Sled push counts as one rep every 50 meters

***both team members work at the same time. EXCEPT for the sled push and Battle Ropes.

***The log squats are done with the cut telephone poles we have in the back.

***If mix pair Change weights after the first 50 meters WEIGHTS will be stationed at both ends.
