Teams of 3

600 meter run w/20 lb WB

70 Power C & J 95/65

600 meter run w/20 lb WB

50 Power C & J 135/95

600 meter run w/20 lb WB

30 Power Cl & J 185/135

600 meter run w/ 20 lb WB
Pass the WB as many times as you want during the run but you can not start the C & J’s until every team memebr is by the barbell. ***scale the weight if need***
