Snatch (15 min to get 1 rep max Snatch)

Clean and Jerk (15 min to get 1 rep max Clean/Jerk)

Cash-Out

Bring Sally Up (No Measure)

Squat every time it says Bring Sally Up. Can be done with barbell also.
Backsquats you choose your weight!
