-Handstand Holds/Active Shoulders-

OHS DB FUN (6×3 same weight across)

1 arm DB OHS with strict press in bottom position
-Focus on chest up-

-show armpits to audience-

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×3 moderate to heavy weight across)


***With a partner***

-25 seated ball throws over box-

-catch ball, then OH position lay back, ball touches ground behind head, tighten abs while sitting up with ball still in OH position, heave ball from OH position over box to partner and repeat-
