Barbell Warm up

**2 Rounds** rest as needed

-5 Overhead Squats-

-5 Front Squats-

-5 Muscle Snatch-

-5 Power Snatch-

-5 Full Snatch-

-5 BTN Snatch grip PP-

-5 Bent over Barbell rows-

-5 Good mornings-


Isabel (Time)

For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
**TIME ISN’T IMPORTANT** just cycle through at a good pace!

-Focus is good form/technique so that your 30th snatch is as good as your 1st snatch!-

-Drop and reset each rep/only string reps if you know your form isnt suffering! Good luck!!

Any single-movement ground-to-overhead is acceptable (power snatch, full/squat snatch, split snatch).


Bent Over Row (5×4-increase each set-record heaviest set)
