Julie Miller comes to COCF as a coach and brings with her diversity that includes both a professional and athletic background. From her early love of all sports, to playing soccer in college and competing in triathlons in her adult years, there has always been a competitive energy instilled in her. As a 23-year career Firefighter/Paramedic, Julie has always strived to maintain a healthy physical lifestyle to aid in her field of work. In 2010 she was fortunate enough to find CrossFit and was instantly hooked.
