Michelle Ford is a coach and co-owner of Charter Oak CrossFit. An athlete since her early years, Michelle found her passion for strength and conditioning while in college. As a division I lacrosse player at the University of Connecticut, Michelle had the privilege of being coached by some of the preeminent strength and conditioning coaches in the country. She was instantly hooked and has been working out and coaching since. Since earning an MBA and Ph.D in School Psychology, Michelle works at a middle high school and can often be found coaching local youth lacrosse players.
