Rich Holton is a co-owner and coach of Charter Oak CrossFit. He has been involved in athletics his whole life, from youth sport to high school Track & Field, Ice Hockey, Wrestling and Football. Named named the MVP of Football his senior year. Rich then chose a profession in law enforcement where being physically fit is a must. He has been doing CrossFit for the past 7 years and was hooked after the first workout. In the 2014 CrossFit Open he finished 25th in the Northeast in his age group (45-49) and in 2018 Rich finished 136th in the World in his age division, qualifing for the 2018 CrossFit Games Masters men’s online qualifier. He is very passionate and dedicated to family, fitness, friends and our members.
