Choose either the Row or the Telephone pole sprints

1: 5k Row (Time)

Max Effort 5k Row

2 : Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 min AMRAP

Telephone Pole Sprints
Sprint form one telephone pole to the next then walk from that one to the next then sprint to the next one….. repeat for 10 mins.

* score is the number of telephone SPRINTS completed.
