Hand Release Push up x 3-5 reps
Side Plank x 20 secs per side

AMRAP (with a Partner) in 25 minutes:
17 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb)
20 Floor Presses (95/65 lb)
19 Calorie Bike + Barbell Hold (95/65 lb)
*Performed in teams of 2.
*Only one athlete can work at a time. Reps can be split up by partners as they chose.
*During the 19 calorie bike, the partner not on the bike must pick up and hold the barbell for the whole duration of the 19 calories (if the barbell drops, the air bike must stop).
This Memorial workout was created in honor of Jeremy Baugh, member of CrossFit Lake Forest, who tragically suffered a fatal stroke on Aug. 17, 2019 at the early age of 39.
