*if mobility issues in OHS sub for Power Snatch

2: Back Squat (50% of last week 3×3)

*30×1 tempo each rep, no bounce

3: Metcon (Time)

3RDS:

400m Run

20 Air Squats

6 Turkish Getups (3/side) *light to mod weight allowing stable overhead position throughout

*RPE 5-6, recovery conditioning for deload before open wod 20.1
