2.) Sled Pushes (45/15)

3.) Atlas Stones (u choose #)

4.) Battle Ropes (switch every 20 sec)

5.) Ab mat WB shots (20/14)

6.) Power Cleans (135/95)

You can Start at any station.

Score is total reps per full round- do not score Battle ropes.
